This coffee is from the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1480-1550 meters altitude by producer Wilder Lazo. It is a single varietal Chiroso processed via anaerobic washed method. The light roast coffee features floral and fruity flavor notes of bergamot, orange blossom, and peach with a sweet profile.
