Los Nogales Caturra Low Caf is a single-origin coffee from Finca Los Nogales in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1600–1800 meters elevation. It features the Colombia varietal processed using a low caffeine washed method combined with a natural solvent decaffeination and a 96-hour sourdough fermentation. Flavor notes include strawberry candy, papaya, and eucalyptus. It is available in whole bean form with light-medium roast level.
