The coffee is a blend of Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties, processed using a washed anaerobic fermentation method with approximately 72 hours of closed-tank fermentation. The cup is characterized by cherry jam, red currant, and red orange notes, with high acidity, pronounced body, and a well-balanced sweetness. Scored 88.00 points by a Q-Grader.
