About This Coffee

Congo Kivu is a naturally processed single-origin coffee from the North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo, grown at elevations between 1,500m and 2,000m. The varieties are Bourbon and Jackson Bourbon, cultivated by smallholder farmers. Roasted to a medium dark profile, it offers flavor notes of Black Forest Cake, berries, raisins, chocolate, citrus, and plums, with a sweet acidity and full body. Suitable for both pour-over and espresso brewing.
