About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from the Juanachute farm in Tarrazu, Costa Rica, grown at 1700 meters altitude by farmer Luis Anastacio "Tacho" Castro. The Caturra variety is processed using a natural fermented method. The micro-mill, named after Tacho's great-great grandparents, began processing cherries in 2012. Flavor notes include peach, sugar cane, and red grape. Available as a world exclusive lot.
