A single-origin coffee from Finca Colima (Hacienda Colima), located on the slopes of the Barva volcano in the Naranjo, Alajuela region of Costa Rica's Valle Central, at 1400–1500 meters altitude. Grown on fertile volcanic soil, this Red Caturra variety is naturally processed by Alejo Castro Kahle, representing the fifth generation of the Castro-Kahle family. The cup profile features notes of peach in syrup, grape, cotton candy, and honey, offering a balanced and chocolatey character.

Vannelli Coffee was founded in 2019 by Giacomo and Pietro Vannelli, brothers who are three time and two time Italian Barista Champions respectively, bringing elite competition experience to their roastery in Cortona, Tuscany. Giacomo, a two time semifinalist in the World Barista Championship, returned to Italy after working as Master Barista in London, eager to promote specialty coffee to a broader audience. The Vannelli brothers represent the third generation of skilled artisans from their family, building on a legacy of precision and craftsmanship. Their roastery and academy focus on educating both professionals and coffee lovers, establishing themselves as the point of reference for specialty coffee education in Italy.
