This single origin coffee is from the Aquiares farm in Costa Rica. The farm practices meticulous farming with emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility. All coffee cherries are hand-picked and brought to the farm's own mill where they are fully washed to remove pulp. The coffee is then dried using wood sustainably harvested from the farm. The coffee features earthy, rich cocoa body with soft notes of hazelnut. It is described as perfectly balanced and easy drinking, suitable for any brew method.
