A single-origin coffee from Farami De Dota farm in the Tarrazu Valley, Costa Rica, grown at 1600–1700 metres above sea level by farmers Juan Luis Fallas and Maria Eugenia Ramirez. The variety is Red Catuai, processed using the Red Honey method. It offers fruity sweetness, gentle citrus acidity, and a soft mouthfeel.
