A Geisha variety coffee from Hacienda Sonora, located in the Alajuela region of Costa Rica at 1300 meters altitude, at the foot of the Poas Volcano. Produced by Alberto and Diego Guardia, the farm operates on 100% renewable energy and dedicates 45 of its 100 hectares to shaded coffee lands. This lot is naturally processed, with ripe cherry selectively handpicked and dried on raised beds or patios. Roasted for filter preparation.

Mamam was founded in 2022 in Szczecin, Poland, by Adam Rosołowski and Martyna Sikora, bringing together a team with deep roots in the specialty coffee world. Head roaster Michał Sowiński brings 16 years of industry experience, including time as head roaster and green coffee buyer for Berlin roasters. Adam is a certified Q Arabica Grader and competition judge. The roastery focuses on premium grade specialty coffee, with most offerings scoring above standard specialty thresholds. They source from origins across East Africa and Latin America, guided by values of quality, transparency, and humility.
