La Pastora is a washed Costa Rican coffee from the Tarrazu region, produced by CoopeTarrazu — a cooperative established in 1970 with 2,600 members in the Los Santos region. Grown at 1,600 meters altitude, it features the Caturra variety. CoopeTarrazu controls the entire production process from cherry picking through milling, drying, and exporting. The flavor profile includes cacao, herbal, and citrus notes.
