A single-origin Costa Rica coffee from Los Crestones (Chirripó / Brunca) grown at 1700 m. The lot is Milenio (an F1 hybrid) processed with a traditional double-washed method. Light roasted, it presents delicate white-flower and lemon acidity, with grapefruit, cassis and cherry fruit notes and a gentle cacao finish. The lot is dried on raised beds then patios/ dryers for a clean, transparent cup.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
