About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from the Palmichal region of Costa Rica, grown on volcanic soils in the Western and Central Valley highlands at 1200–1600 meters above sea level. Processed using the washed method and mechanically dried at Beneficio Palmichal mill. Beans are sorted to SHB EP (Strictly Hard Bean) standards. The varieties are Caturra and Catuai, 100% Arabica. Roasted to a medium level suited for espresso preparation, with flavor notes of milk chocolate, toffee candy, and cinnamon buns, and low acidity.
