This single-origin coffee from Finca La Naciente is grown in the Chirripó micro-region of Costa Rica's Brunca area at 1,700 meters altitude. Composed entirely of Catuai selections, the coffee is processed using the honey method which enhances sweetness and body while conserving water. The coffee features delicate, layered flavors with notes of white peach and caramelized sugar, showcasing the clean, bright characteristics distinctive of Chirripó coffees. Sustainably farmed with shade-grown trees and careful water source protection.

Lucky Goat Coffee was founded in 2010 by Ben Pautsch in Tallahassee, Florida, starting as a pure wholesale operation that spent its first five years building a network of over 350 accounts across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. The company's roastmasters develop unique profiles for each single origin coffee, hand roasting at the Tallahassee facility and shipping nationwide. Lucky Goat sources through importers it has vetted for origin, farming practices, and farmer welfare, and grades all café coffees at specialty level to ensure producers retain negotiating power. The business has since expanded to multiple Tallahassee cafés, a Jacksonville franchise, and a Texas outpost in Frisco, with a café consultation and equipment servicing arm supporting other operators.
