About This Coffee

This coffee is from the Tarrazú region in San José, Costa Rica, grown at altitudes between 1500-1800 meters above sea level. Produced by Coope Dota, a farming cooperative established in 1960 representing approximately 1100 growers. In 2011, they became the first coffee processor in the world to achieve carbon neutral certification. The coffee features Catuai and Caturra varieties and is processed using the washed method. Flavor profile includes lemon curd, biscuit, and milk chocolate notes, with citrus, brown sugar sweetness, and balanced acidity.
