This coffee is from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, grown by CoopeTarrazú cooperative at elevations of 1,450–1,500 meters. It features Caturra and Catuai varieties and is naturally processed with sun-drying for two weeks. The bean offers a sweet, layered cup with notes of cola, gingerbread, dried fruit, and blackberry brightness.
