This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety from the Dhawe washing station in the Gisagara District of Rwanda's Southern Province. Grown at an altitude of 1630 meters by over 1,400 smallholder farmers, this coffee is processed using a traditional washed method, including fermentation in concrete tanks and serpentine channel grading. It offers a vibrant flavor profile characterized by notes of rhubarb and blackcurrant. This coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
