This blend uses beans from two Brazilian farms as a base, enhanced with naturally processed coffees primarily from Colombia, El Salvador, and Ethiopia. The current blend consists of Brazil Irmas Pereira Natural Yellow Bourbon, Brazil Fazenda IP Catuai, and Colombia Finca La Tierra Geisha Natural. The roasting profile features a longer roast time with gentle caramelization at the end of the roasting process, bringing out chocolate and caramel characteristics along with deep caramel sweetness. The blend delivers a chocolate-rich and softly fruity espresso.
