About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from the Daniso Horise farm in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, grown at 1,950 meters above sea level. The coffee is produced using local landrace varieties (Ethiopian heirloom) under agroforestry conditions. Processed as a natural (cherry-dried/bærtørket), with cherries selectively handpicked and dried on raised beds for 15–22 days. Flavor notes include peach, watermelon, and red berries, with a sweet, fruity, and full-bodied profile.
