This coffee is from Daterra farm in Patrocínio, Minas Gerais, Brazil at 1200 meters altitude. It is a pulped natural processed coffee made from rare low-caffeine varieties: Laurina (Bourbon Pointu from Réunion) and Aramosa (a cross between Coffea Arabica and Coffea Racemosa). These varieties contain only 0.3-0.7% caffeine compared to regular Arabica's 1.8%, resulting in a sweet, floral profile without bitterness. The coffee features flavour notes of cacao nibs, sour cherry, and nougat.
