This coffee comes from smallholder producers in Buesaco and Samaniego, Nariño, Colombia. It is the Gesha variety, washed and decaffeinated using the EA process which uses naturally derived ethyl acetate from sugarcane to gently remove caffeine whilst preserving the coffee's character. Roasted light at 2160 MASL. Expect notes of lemon shortbread, jasmine, and dried apple.
