La Serrania is a Colombian specialty decaf coffee produced by 20 small coffee growers in the municipality of Pitalito, Huila. Farms range from 1 to 15 hectares and are situated at altitudes of 1,500–1,700 meters above sea level. The coffee is the Caturra variety, processed using the washed method.
