Decaf Kenya Rukira AB

Decaf Kenya Rukira AB is a washed coffee from Kenya's Nyeri region, specifically from the Rukira Factory at around 1800 meters altitude. It contains SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties and is processed using the washed method and dried on raised beds. This expressive dark roast produced on a Loring S70 Peregrine offers flavor notes of lime, soft spice such as cloves, fresh plum, and sugar cane, retaining much of the original terroir despite decaffeination via the Swiss Water Process.
