This natural processed coffee from Ramirez Estate in the Cibao region of Dominican Republic is grown at 1300 meters altitude. The Red Catuai variety produces a sumptuous cup with tropical fruit characteristics including pineapple, dragonfruit, and chamomile notes, alongside fresh strawberry, caramel, cherry, woody, and white pepper flavors with a clean finish.

HOS Roasting Co. grew out of a coffee shop that Chris Hostetler opened in Madison, Indiana in 2019. The operation has since expanded to a roasting facility in Dupont, Indiana, where the team roasts specialty grade coffee in small batches on Mill City equipment. Hostetler runs the company alongside family members Trayton and Tricia Hostetler, with head roaster Kaleb Malcom, a specialty coffee enthusiast since 2013, leading the roasting. The roastery is built around three core values: coffee, conversation, and community, reflecting the belief that the best cups are shared around a table. HOS also operates a second retail location in Carrollton, Kentucky, opened in 2021.
