Don Luis is a single-origin coffee from the West Valley region of Costa Rica. Grown at an altitude of 1750 meters, this micro-lot coffee consists of Catuai and Caturra varieties. It is processed using the yellow honey method. The flavor profile is characterized by light, chocolatey, and creamy notes with hints of almond, making it a balanced choice for daily brewing. It is recommended for preparation via filter, Aeropress, or French press.
