This coffee is from Ecuador's San Jose de Minas region at 1,450 meters altitude on Finca Cruz Loma. It is a Geisha variety processed naturally with aerobic fermentation and slow shade drying. The coffee offers flavor notes of Bing cherry, strawberry, and lavender, with a juicy, silky body, medium intensity orange and citric acidity, and a synergetic balance. It is roasted light to highlight floral characteristics and refreshing acidity.
