Ecuador Saraguallas, Washed Typica + Bourbon

A single origin coffee from the Alto de Saraguallas area in the Loja region of Ecuador, grown by small family producers at 1300–1800 meters above sea level. The coffee is a blend of Typica and Bourbon varieties, processed using the washed method with manual cherry selection, double washing, and approximately 18 days of drying. Flavor notes include lemongrass, red apple, and caramelized sugar. Roast profile is described as vibrant and bright, intended for espresso preparation.
