This coffee comes from the YAMBAMINE farm ("Land of Gold") in Sozoranga, province of Loja, Ecuador, situated at 1,700 meters above sea level. It features the Bourbon Sidra variety, planted in December 2015, and is processed using the Black Honey method. The farm is surrounded by primary forests and was recognized as the #6 farm in the 2021 Ecuador Cup of Excellence. Produced by Olinka Vélez Coffee.
