El Carmen is a specialty coffee from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. This single-origin coffee features the Orange Bourbon variety and is processed using anaerobic natural methods. The coffee exhibits tasting notes of grape, passion fruit, honey, and dried apricot. Roasted in Singapore.
