El Diviso Bourbon Aji is a single origin coffee from the Huila region, Pitalito area, Colombia, grown at 1750 meters altitude on volcanic soils. It features a natural process with extended anaerobic fermentation over 200 hours. Flavor notes include red grape, mango, lime, dandelion candy, rose tea, and apricot with a clear sweet acidity and balanced finish. It is roasted for filter brewing and sold as whole beans or various grind options.
