El Morito is a single-origin coffee from Guatemala featuring the Red Geisha variety. The beans are processed using an extended natural method. This light roast coffee offers tasting notes of red berries, jasmine, and yuzu.
Moim, whose Korean name means gathering, was founded with the specific vision of creating a community gathering space for specialty coffee enthusiasts. Head roaster Joe Han launched his specialty coffee career in 2017 and earned his Q Arabica grader certification in 2022, qualifying him to evaluate beans for specialty grade quality. Based in Los Angeles and operating a limited roasting schedule Tuesday through Saturday, Moim creates an intimate space where specialty coffee becomes the centerpiece for human connection and shared passion.
