This coffee is from Albeiro Ramirez at El Roble farm in Antioquia, Colombia. It grows at 2000 meters above sea level in the Penderisco river valley, benefiting from unique microclimate created by ocean winds and surrounding mountains. The variety is Chiroso and it is processed using washed method. Harvested in 2020 and stored in Grainpro bags. The coffee has honey, floral, and blackberry flavor notes. Albeiro has participated in the Cup of Excellence competition for the last two years.
