A single origin coffee from the Alaska farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, grown at 1620 metres altitude. Produced by farmer Ernesto Menéndez, this Bourbon variety is washed processed. The cup is described as balanced with lots of fruity sweetness and a pleasant acidity. This coffee placed in the top ten of the Cup of Excellence in 2007.
