This coffee is a single-origin Pacamara variety from the Apaneca region of El Salvador, grown at an altitude of 1470 meters by the Magaña family. It undergoes an anaerobic fermentation process, where cherries are fermented in closed vessels without oxygen to enhance sweetness and fruit character. The resulting cup is full-bodied with prominent flavor notes of apricot, peach, raisin, dark berries, and tropical fruit.
