JACU Coffee Roastery

About This Coffee

A washed coffee from El Salvador, grown at 1200–1700 meters altitude in the Santa Ana – Apaneca Ilamatepeque region. The Bourbon variety beans are produced by farmer Antonio Salaverria and his sons on Finca San Francisco, a 294-hectare farm divided into smaller plots called "tablones," with cherries from each plot kept separate for quality. The coffee features a fresh floral aroma with flavor notes of marzipan, chocolate, and melon, with good sweetness and body.
