This single-origin coffee comes from La Siberia farm in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, seated at 1,450 metres above sea level in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range. Coffee has been grown on the farm since 1870, and it is currently owned by Carmen and Rafael De Silva. The variety is SL28, processed using the washed method. The coffee is characterized by juiciness and vibrant acidity.
