About This Coffee

A Bourbon variety coffee from Finca Miramar in the Apaneca region of El Salvador, grown at 1990 meters above sea level. Produced by the Salaverria family's close collaborator Dr. Mauricio Saurbrey, the farm benefits from Pacific Ocean winds. Processed using an anaerobic washed method: cherries are fermented for 84 hours in temperature-controlled tanks, depulped, then soaked for 10 hours before drying on patios for approximately 21 days. Flavor notes include mango, passion fruit, and strawberry.
