The Elefante variety takes its name from the elephant ear shape of the bean, with a cherry size similar to Pacamara and a higher pulp content than most varieties. Processed using the washed method, this coffee offers floral and sweet characteristics with gentle acidity, a delicate body, and a smooth finish. Ideal for those who enjoy a nuanced, layered cup.
