This coffee is a Geisha variety from Elida Estate in Boquete, Panama, cultivated by the Lamastus Family Estates at 1,800 meters elevation on the slopes of the Baru Volcano. The cherries undergo Natural processing, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile featuring blackcurrant, raspberry, milk chocolate, peach, and lychee notes. The coffee is harvested by native Ngobe-Bugle Indians and represents the highest coffee farm in Panama.
