This coffee is a Tabi variety from Finca El Mirador in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1550-1700 meters. It is processed using the honey method, where the coffee cherries are depulped but the mucilage is left on the parchment during drying. This process enhances the coffee's sweetness and body. The flavor profile features notes of juicy red plum, raspberry, and raw sugar.
