About This Coffee

A medium roasted blend of Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia creating a stable espresso. Contains carefully selected Brazilian and Colombian beans with chocolate and nut notes as the mainstay, complemented by Ethiopian Djimma to add acidity. The green beans are mixed prior to roasting, producing a consistent medium roast in every bean. Offers a wide flavor profile suitable for both americano and flat white preparations.

Adams & Russell

Adams & Russell has been roasting coffee in Birkenhead, near Liverpool, since 1978. They use small batch flame roasting methods, hand roasting specialty grade Arabica from origins spanning nearly every coffee growing country. Their Peninsula Blend earned two Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards. The company is both a registered Fairtrade Foundation Operator and a roaster of Rainforest Alliance certified coffees. In 2016 they opened a Coffee School with a dedicated espresso room for SCA certified barista training. They also supply wholesale clients with equipment from La Marzocco and Mahlkönig alongside their beans.
