Espresso No 7.3 is a blend of 80% Lua Roxa from Brazil and 20% Daniso Horise from Ethiopia. Both coffees are naturally processed (berry dried). Lua Roxa, a Mundo Novo and red Catuaí variety, contributes sweetness, nutty notes, chocolate tones, and smooth body. Daniso Horise adds fruity character, caramel sweetness, and pleasant acidity. Roasted carefully to preserve originality and sweetness. Flavor profile: dark chocolate, distinct fruitiness, caramel sweetness.
