This is a specialty coffee blend from Brazil, Rwanda, Guatemala, and India, consisting of 100% Arabica. The blend is created as a pre-blend (mixed before roasting) using various Arabica varieties. It is ecologically sustainable with partial certification at origin. Processing methods are mixed. The SCA cupping score is greater than 83.5. The medium roast (mitteldunkle Röstung) reveals flavor notes of hazelnut, milk chocolate, vanilla, and ripe stone fruit. The coffee offers a balanced taste experience with medium body and well-integrated acidity.
