About This Coffee

Single farm coffee from the Adado microregion in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at altitudes of 2150-2400 meters above sea level. Produced by the Dinigiu family, third-generation farmers with deep roots in the region. The ripe cherries are hand-selected, sorted using flotation method, and sun-dried on raised African beds for 11-15 days. Natural processing method creates a fresh, delicately citrus character with floral sweetness and a silky structure. Flavor notes include lemongrass, lime, and passion fruit. Arabica varieties include Dega, Wolisho, and Kurume.
