This natural processed Ethiopian heirloom variety coffee is from the Gedeb region, grown at 2000-2300 meters altitude. Produced by the Mekuria Mergia brothers, the coffee is dried for 18 to 21 days. The flavor profile features strawberry, red berries, plum, vanilla, and floral notes. It is described as sweet and juicy on the palate with fresh strawberry and plum aromas.
