This Ethiopian heirloom coffee is from the Gedeb region of Yirgacheffe, grown at 2000-2300 meters altitude. Produced by the Mekuria Mergia brothers, the coffee is washed for 48 hours and dried for 18 to 21 days. The cup is delicate and juicy with flavors of white flower, apricot, lemon, white tea, and honeysuckle.
