This coffee is from the Sidama region of Southern Ethiopia, specifically grown by Basha and his family in the Bombe village in Bensa. It is a natural processed coffee made from Heirloom, 74160, and 74158 varieties cultivated at 2000-2100 meters altitude. The coffee is grown under the shade of native trees in a forest environment. Taste notes include blueberry, floral, and delicate characteristics. The cherries are barrel sealed for 24 hours before being slowly shade dried for 28-30 days.
