This coffee is from the Chelichele area in Gedeb, Ethiopia, produced by various smallholders and processed at a site owned by Tamiru Amare. Grown at 2150-2200 meters altitude, it is heirloom variety processed using natural methods. The coffee has a cup score of 87 and features tasting notes of strawberry, raspberry, lemon tea, and jasmine. Roasted to a light/medium profile, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
