About This Coffee

A fruity, juicy, and complex coffee from Garse in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Produced by DWD at the Garse Village Station, with contributions from 110 smallholder farmers at the Wachile Garse farm at 2000 meters altitude. After harvesting, the cherries are dried in the shade for 3 weeks on raised drying beds. The variety is Ethiopia Heirloom, processed naturally. Harvested November–January 2024/2025. Flavor notes include blueberry, lingonberry jam, white flower, and butterscotch.
