Ethiopia Gatta Honey is a single origin coffee from the Shantawene region at 2100 meters above sea level, cultivated at the Gatta Estate farm. It features indigenous Landrace varietals processed by the White Honey method (depulped with some mucilage left, dried on raised beds). This expressive light roast offers flavor notes of apricot, sweet tea, and yellow pear, emphasizing a bright, clean cup with a tea-like texture.
