This coffee is from Ethiopia's Gera Estate, grown at 2000 meters altitude in the highland forests of Djimma. It is a landrace variety processed using a 36-hour anaerobic natural fermentation and dried on raised beds for approximately twenty days. The roast level is expressive light, with flavor notes including raspberry, magnolia, watermelon, and vanilla, presenting a bright acidity and a silky, tea-like body.
